Cathy Sitarz held her first school supply drive in 2018. After meeting with educator Julie Frentz to learn about the needs schools and students had Cathy reached out to her clients, colleagues, friends and family members. With the help of their generosity, Cathy was able to donate 600 items to Sunset Ridge Elementary School, part of the Pendergast Elementary School District. Cathy delivered her donated supplies to a 5th grade classroom. Teacher Abigail Flister and her class were excited to receive the supplies on the school’s behalf. Mrs. Flister’s class took this donation seriously and divided the supplies up to share with the 27 classrooms at Sunset Ridge Elementary School.
