Thank you for your amazing generosity! As we wrap up the Sixth Annual School Supply Drive, we are pleased to announce that over 7,400 items were donated to 23 schools and 3 district programs that support mobile and migrant families.
Throughout July we were blown away by the generosity of businesses, churches and individuals that stepped up and gave money and school supplies. We had over 1066 items dropped off at our Drop Off Event. We had 6 businesses, a church and a non-profit agency collect and donate supplies. We had an overwhelming number of items and cash donations!
On July 31st and August 1st, 36 boxes of supplies, 28 bags of backpacks and a bag of pencil cases and earbuds were delivered to 22 schools in the Pendergast and Avondale Elementary School Districts. Because of your generosity, we were able to achieve our mission of assuring that students started school with the tools and supplies needed to learn and be successful in school. Thank you!!
